A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form goes to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those search terms. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer the message.
Information Collected Automatically
Normal server logs may record an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We review this information in aggregate to maintain the service and learn which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How Information Is Used
The limited data above helps us operate the site, diagnose errors, measure visits, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create profiles of individual users.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to Montgomery County offices, Tennessee agencies, courts, libraries, or outside search tools. Information entered after leaving this site is controlled by the destination's privacy policy. Sponsored search results are also delivered by a third party under that provider's own terms.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic information already described. Data may also be disclosed in response to valid legal process. We do not otherwise distribute visitor information.
Our Security Practices
An encrypted connection serves the site, and server logs are kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes. Because visitor accounts are not offered, we hold no site password or user profile for you.
Visitors Under Age 18
This service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted such information so it can be removed.
Your Tennessee Privacy Rights
The Tennessee Information Protection Act, T.C.A. ยงยง 47-18-3201 et seq., gives qualifying Tennessee consumers rights concerning covered commercial controllers, including access, correction, deletion, portability, and certain opt-outs. The law has scope and entity thresholds, and enforcement belongs to the Tennessee Attorney General. We hold little visitor information, but we can search our contact mailbox and server logs for a valid request. Use the Contact page. Government records held by Clarksville, Montgomery County, or Tennessee remain outside our control and must be addressed with the custodian under the law governing that record.
